Hi guys so i just got my bike back together after fiddling with the carb and putting new axle bearings in. and it wont shift into any gear running or off also i haven't rode it in like 2 months. any one have any ideas what would cause this, as i'm clueless when it comes to the motors internals...

i tore my 87 parts bike i just picked up last week apart, all that's left is a motor and frame. now time to switch out the rear axle on my running 87 and few other parts.

So i swapped my jets to mikuni 145 main and a 42.5 pilot and i still runs the same as the zoomzoom jets that were in it(same size). would moving the needle position help with my proplem?

i was having to many problems with it so i said screw it and bout a zoom zoom

hey i live in Brechin your about 2-1/2 hours away, and the pilot screw is at 2-2-1/4 turns. i have my old carb still so ill swap the jets and see how she runs and let ya know. and thanks for the help 1987warrior

ok guys so i finally got to work on my quad. So it has a 145 main jet so should i go to a 140 or a 142 if there is one? i would look at the needle position but dont remember were to look for it. also i noticed the accelerator pump is sticking so im going to do the bic pen mod.

Hi I'm wanting to get a stock header pipe for my 87 warrior as the one on there is a 2 piece one off a DG exhaust system and is 1/2 an inch to short to fit into my pro circuit t4 muffle. so what i want to know is are all year stock header pipes the same for the warrior?? Thanks 1987warrior

Hi everyone I need a new clutch perch/lever, as mine is crap(the adjuster bolt threads and damaged) and was wondering whats a good but cheap option out there other than stock. Thanks 1987warrior

sorry no i havent looked to see what they are i just assumed they would be the stock one as that was what they said when i bought it, ill have a look at it tomorrow
