Ok I got it...the reverse shifter was stuck

I can hear it clicking into gears but I let the clutch out and nothing. I've played with the reverse lever And it locks down in forward but still nothing.

Got basket case warrior and noticed it only had one relay..the green one..the harness only had one plug and it's for the green one. It's a 2003 warrior..I'm guessing they changed to just one??

Its not the e brake... it will take half throttle but snaps and sneezed at full

Just put basket case 2000 warrior together and after replacing top end i git it started. It will idle but will only take half throttle before popping and begging. I have kn filter with open exhaust. Do i need to raise my clip to richin?

No pics but imagine it warped perfectly like the top of a ball. I'm guessing this is why it won't go in gear.

Has anyone seen a clutch disc become warped or concaved like the top of a ball? I bought dead warrior and got it running but won't go into gear or slips so bad it won't try to move then found this steel when removed the clutch?

Thanks for the info it's always good to learn ! Upon removing the flywheel sure enough the woodruff key is MIA so problem solved!

Yes as I wrote in my original post I set the cam timing meaning its on the notch while balancer and in fact it is a balancer because it as you said balances the motor and like the balancer on a car has the timing marks.

I haven't pulled the balancer yet I am tomorrow I just did top end rebuild and found this problem.

I bought it dead. I reringed it and found this problem. Gotta be woodruff key sheared off and balancer slipped
