Clutch warp

Has anyone seen a clutch disc become warped or concaved like the top of a ball? I bought dead warrior and got it running but won't go into gear or slips so bad it won't try to move then found this steel when removed the clutch?

No pics but imagine it warped perfectly like the top of a ball. I'm guessing this is why it won't go in gear.

Well I can't imagine it cause I've never seen anything like that.
But I don't think it would cause it not to go in gear.
If I can't see some pictures I can't really help.
