popping and bogging

Just put basket case 2000 warrior together and after replacing top end i git it started. It will idle but will only take half throttle before popping and begging. I have kn filter with open exhaust. Do i need to raise my clip to richin?

Its not the e brake... it will take half throttle but snaps and sneezed at full
