I have the carb with the two cables and have replaced the single cable from the lever to the junction box. The junction box and two cables are expensive to replace so I'm looking for a single cable carb. Will put a new cable on that and see if it helps. Thanks.
Is the thumb throttle any easier to push with the Zoom Zoom carb? I already have a Honda thumb throttle,on my warrior and it's still really stiff and hard to push.
Did you cut the inch from each side where the rod threads into the center? For narrowing it can you use a bench grinder or do you have to cut it?

Is the 5 1/4" Dogbone you have now shorter or longer then the stock Warrior Dogbone? I could measure but the bike is not at my house.

I just put raptor 350 Footpegs and Heel Guards on my 93 Warrior and the YZ250F Direct Shifter. The shifter is slightly longer then the stock shifter and the new footpegs sit back 1" vs stock. The combined combination gives me 7" from the front of the peg to the center of the shifter. My sons...
What is the best way to use 12mm tie rods? Are these a Yamaha part or something else? Will they bolt right in or do you need to ream the steering stem and hub?
