if the blaster really has a 240 kit it will be way faster than the warrior. even if it just has a fmf pipe and proper jetting it will probably still beat the warrior, but not by much

Oh and to me the Powerbomb header does add a little bottom end power but flattened out on top a little earlier than stock header. Really need to add some compression and a cam to make the most of it!

I run XC. First race of the year for me is in march. I've got some Works front shocks on (man they are smooth) and i'm rebuilding a banshee rear, now i've just got to get a steering dampener and i'll be good to go. Oh and i need alot of practice riding and exercise lol

Honestly it sounds like you have a mess on your hands lol. I'd buy a whole kit from RM stator that has a new stator, coil and cdi box for 96-01 models, then source either a good used or new wiring harness. I know it would be a little more $, but it would possibly save you alot of problems in...

make sure you have a good cutter in the lathe. the material of these flywheels are real gummy steel, similar to D2 tool steel.

No problem. I've got one more spare flywheel that i cut the same amount if anyone on here wants it. I was gonna save it and swap it out on my quad, but i guess i'll just sell it and pull mine off later and cut it.

i'd polish the exhaust port like a mirror. its the intake side that you don't want super smooth.

my powerbomb is made like beastly says. if you look in the end of the header you can see holes drilled in the pipe..
