make sure it actually has a big bore kit and +3 crank. does he have receipts?

well i tore the carb off a bunch of time cleaned it adjusted it still wouldnt rev. it turns out that the parking brake cable was pulled and didnt release back so i pushed it back and disabled it.

It was supposed to say Rev not Rome. If I push the throttle at all it leans out like its not getting enough fuel. Even if I pin it it doesn't Rev and that means the main jet is too small too right?

OK thanks. If when I hit the throttle it revs a little then the Rome dive down and it just bogs does that mean its lean or rich? It idles fine so the pilot jet is good I think. I was thinking the main is too small and starving it for fuel as you push the throttle and let more air in.

simple question. whats the stock jetting on a 2001 yamaha warrior?

Ill see if I'm getting power to the orange wire and if I'm not then ill test the stator and pickup coil if I can get an ohm meter

Can I just test that with a test light?

Is there anything else to check. I've checked all the connections. I don't have an ohm meter but ill try to borrow one.

Its not the cdi I already tried swapping one off another quad. What should I do to check the connections? Just take them apart and put them back together? Can the stator pick up coil just go bad from sitting though because it ran fine before I shut it off for two days

Yep there both unplugged correctly and the orange wire and both grounds are good. What else could just stop working all of the sudden?

How do I disable the parking brake switch and the nuetral safety switch? I'm not getting spark and think this might be the problem. I rode my quad in the mud awhile back ran great and two days later it wouldn't start. What could have happened while it was sitting for two days? It doesn't have...

Treverton is amazing. i ride there almost every weekend and usually2-3 times a week in the summer and never get tired of it because its so big you can ride for awhile and not cross your path.
