Hey everyone new to the forum, I am looking at a 2006 Yamaha Wolverine 450 for $4,200. It is located in Canada from a private seller. I have seen plenty pictures of it he claims it runs like new, stock tires still look 80% tread. It has 2700km what are problem areas on a wolverine that I should look for when I go take my first look at it?
My one neighbor has a 2006 Yamaha Kodiak 400 IRS which he has been driving like a racing quad since new. He has never had any serious problems with it just the average like torn boot, worn out throttle cable etc. I am amazed with the durability of the bike he has rolled it multiple times, has had it buried in mud, has hit trees and rocks. It may not look good, but still runs like a bat out of hell. So seeing all that turned me towards looking at a Yamaha for my third quad.
Thanks,
