Ok guys I need help. I tried to figure this out on my own but now we will see if you can figure it out.

I have a 2001 warrior with a few motor mods. NGK spark plug, 10:1 Wiseco piston, K&N air filter, White brothers E series exhaust using 4 plates, and a stage 1 hot cam. I have gone through 3 different jets trying to figure this out. I have tried a 160, 150, and of course the stock 145. The mixture screw is 2 1/2 turns out and the needle is on the 3rd ring down from the top.

Problem: Starts and idles fine, and starts off and runs fine from 0-25% throttle but when I go more than that it acts like it is flooding out and wants to literally die if I stay on the throttle.

Anyway, that is all the info I have for you. Hopefully someone can have some ideas.

Thanks in advance for anyone who helps.

If its not the parking brake it could be a number of things. Needle clip may need to be adjusted.... the floats could need adjusted

Ok, I can't find my Clymer manual. Where is the park brake switch located. Thanks for the help.

It might be the jets, when trying different jets you shouldnt jump from trying a 150 to a 160, try a 152.5, 155, 157.5, not sure if thats the problem but couldnt hurt trying.

Your using four plates in the exhaust?????? Thats like nothing, try putting at least 8 to 10, I ran 12 and then 18.
