float level?

ok i have a 2001 wolvy 350 and ive read several articles about carb problems and keep seeing the subject of "adjusting float level" but i havent been able to find anything telling me how to adjust the level of it or how to tell if its too high or too low.....how do i adjust the float level or tell if its set at the rite level?

That link doesn't say that the float height of 15mm is for a 350 Wolverine, so what is the factory spec float height for a 2003 Wolverine 350?
