'97 Big Bear Question

There's some kind of screw adjuster on the side of the engine (maybe the transmission) that has INCREASE and DECREASE notations. Anyone know what this is for?

I think it's the adjustment for the auto clutch

yea its for the clutch for bite dont mess with it if u dont no what u are doing
