'02 Warrior Vin

I bought a 2002 Yamaha Warrior that the owner had used on a ranch and lost the title. The vin is intact but hard to read and the motor number is also intact. I have attached a photo of the frame and the number on the engine is 3GD 312592. Does the frame look like it's normal wear or something else...............

Looks like stuff I've seen all my life man. Oh, btw, it's an 02.

On mine to make the vin readable I had to sand all the way to metal. Helped my frame is/was yellow though, but once the surrounding was down I could read it clearly.
