I'm really diggin the tow vehicle as well, I love Dodge CTDs. I have a 06 Ram myself, but the HD CTD is more than I need so I settled for a 1/2 ton 4x4.

Looks great. I've done similar mods to my 04. I have mine set up for high speed trail riding, not much into the mud scene. As far as the rack, I went with a PRM six-pack rack. Big enough to be useful, but not as unsightly as a full size rack. Serves my needs well and looks good doing it.

The Vapor has an AIR temp sensor. It specifically states it does not have an engine temp sensor in the description. Can you add one? It's pretty vague about it in the description. How accurate is it? I would need way more info before I dropped $120 on it. I know from other's experiences...

Glenn, the thermocouple lead has a ring terminal on the end of it that the spark plug passes through, so the plug becomes the fastener at the engine. The ring terminal is only 1/32" thick (yet very sturdy, repeatedly removing the plug shouldn't damage it in any way) so it won't affect the plugs...

I should add that I had to move the gauge about 3/4" to the rear after those pics were taken because the bars were kissing the gauge at full lock.

My newest and soon to be my favorite mod. I just finished installing a temp gauge designed for air-cooled engines. After doing a lot of research I learned that cylinder head temperature is far more accurate than oil temperature when it comes to measuring engine temp on an air cooled engine...

Those are the same Type 7's I have with the bead lock added on. To say I like them is an understatement.

It's definately a heavy duty unit. It's made entirely out of 3/16" aluminum and bolts up in four locations. I already have the aftermarket Yamaha skid (the little one) and can't run both obviously. I bought it thinking I might put it on someday but I've decided to sell a bunch of my Wolverine...

I went with 25" Kenda BearClaws for 2 reasons: they're an outstanding tire and they run small. They only measure out at 24". Kenda's website says they are 24.2" tall and my tape measure says 24" even. Some people complain about BearClaws running smaller than their stated size, but I consider...
