Thanks. I sand blasted all my parts and powdered coated them mirror black in my workshop. The a arms are american star racing. They were te cheapest +2" I could find(ebay). I got them in bare finish and powder coated them also.

I broke the head light assm, bent the bars, broke the clutch lever and my arm when I flipped it over. My most recent is a broken lower ball joint.

My 96 has the gold rims. Fenders are gray and the hood and tank cover were red - now thier black. Don't know if this helps any.

I have the ASR a arms on my warrior to. I Powder coated mine black And I am very happy with them. Where did you get yours? By the way, I could not get your pics to work.

Hey thanks for the help everybody. I think I may have gotten lucky. I looked up the parts again on the yamaha website. But this time I looked up 05 raptor 350. sure enough there they were. I ordered them just over $1ea. They should be here soon. I couldnt get new slides but mine cleaned up ok.

My warrior was the same way. Id take some thing apart to fix it and some thing would break. it sucks, but that just means you can get better stuff. I personaly dont think id use the axle.

Looks good so far. What color is your hood and tank cover? Id paint the hubs and stuff in blue or what ever color your hood or tank cover is.

Hey can any one recomend a 22-11-9 or 22-12-9 rear tire. I mostly ride trails that consisit of every thing rocks mud sand hills trees creeks you name it. I currently have 22-12-9 realators. Thier ok but would like to try some thing else. Thanks

I tried that and the dealer also did. The Seals I need aren't in the pic the only ones in the pic are for the piston.

Well I tried the dealer - Waste of time. Called Yamaha Parts USA (corperate) - Waste of time. Best I could come up with was buying Three new calipers for 130+ each. That sounds pretty stupid for three lousy dust seals. I guess if anyone has front and rear mint condition complete calipers for...

Hey, Ive got a few clutch questions. First how hard is it to replace? Any special tools needed? I thought I read some where that you can add an extra steel plate to the clutch pack. If so what are the benifits of this? and does it matter where the extra one is put(first ,last, middle)? Thanks .
