It sounds like it's coming strait from the engine compartment. I don't know how to explain it :( I'm sure that doesn't help but the rattle matches the speed of the engine. Meaning when I rev it the rattle gets faster. It doesn't sound like a loose screw or nut rattle, sounds more like a thick...

I just noticed a slight rattle coming from my engine when i had the bike idling. The rattle gets a little louder and faster with throttle. Also does it in gear. Is this normal. Thanks guys!!

Just bought my first quad! '06 Wolverine 450. Have only ridden it for 15 min but tomorrow I'll be riding it all day :D. Anyways, like the forums and awesome that theres one dedicated to wolvies. :clap:

Update: Everything works just fine now so it was a bad battery. I was in for a rude awakening when I opened up the new battery and found out I had to put in all the liquid stuff myself, and then let it sit for an hour before I charged it. But I made it out alive and everything works...
