How do you check the height of the floater???

Well my carb is floodin and won't start ...could it be the float bowl.. I jus cleaned carb??? And idle won't set?????

Noo I (bj'd) I mean jb weld it goo but it was the float of postin fixed and ready for the weekend ;-)

Yeaa I jb welded it but now my throttle response sucks I hit the gas it like dies ,bogs out ????

ok well i got this 97 katana 600 and well i cant set the idle i toke apart the carbs cleand'em made absolutely sure they went back together and well same thing keeps happening the rpm keeps jumpin cant get a steady idle ????what can it bee ???
