    big problem???

    if the plug is black then it is running rich. if it is running that rich and you put the choke on then you are making it run even richer which is why it floods and dies. pull the carb and do a cleaning and carb kit and see how that helps. and ya this forum is dead...

    '05 and older rear rack

    hoping someone could snap a picture for me of how the rear rack installs. I think I'm missing a piece,when I fasten it to the frame where the grab bar also mounts,then fasten the other end to the grab bar it is sitting crooked. Pictures of both mount points would be greatly appreciated.

    tried, the only that I could find the place wanted 1500 bucks.. at that price i'd rather just pay the extra and do the full rebuild. Which is what I decided to do... I gave the shop the OK to go ahead and do it. Going with the 366 kit, hotcams stage 1, port and polish, and new everything else...

    p.s some of the cost is paying extra for the 366 kit, hotcams stage 1 and port and polish. I don't mind doing everything else other then the rebuild.

    doing all that work myself isn't something I am comfortable with it's just to big of a job. For the labour costs I'd rather pay someone and have it done right and use my free time to ride.
