Still looking for Plastics

Just wondering if anyone else had this problem The holes on the frame where my swing arm mounts on the left side are wallowed out. Causing the rear to move when I give it gas. Any ideas how to fix it? maybe weld some hardened washers to the frame with new bushings and longer bolts?

Im looking for new or used plastic Color doesnt matter would prefer black though. Any ideas where to get some cheap. I need all the plastic from floorboards to fenders

I have ate up EBC servere duty pads in 200 miles I went back to stock they last a lot longer

So how do they stop? Do they squeak? Where did you get them?

I have cleaned the carb and it made no difference. It has been under water a few times. It seems to load up and back fire once in a while. I guess the next step is tear down the clutch and put a clutch kit in while I am at it. Any suggestions for a good clutch kit?

Dont know where to start but it bogs out around 35 mph. Could it be fuel, spark or what? Seems to run fine when I rev it up in neutral.

All fixed new switch and replace the fuse and everything is back to normal

Looks like a lot of work. Kind of weird mine are worn out at 1300 miles

Guess I hit that button too many times. It was worn out. It was something to do with the part that holds the button in not holding it in like its supposed to. I took it apart and cleaned it a couple of times. Im thinking the switch may of shorted out or I crossed the contacts while I was playing...

I done cleaned the switch It was just worn out. Im thinking I may of burned out the servo that engages the 4wd. I hope not cause the servo is $300

I have a set from an 06. One of the rear wheels has a dent in the lip but works fine. They have about 1000 miles on the tires still plenty of tread left. I'll take some pics if you are still interested
