2009 Yamaha Wolverine 450 4X4 Finally Did IT!!!  Went for the new 2009. Nothing special yet. A few simple mods coming in the near future, probably just skids and a winch this year. Performance mods will have to wait until the pocketbook recovers.

Bad luck on used quads so far but the dealer close to me still has the same two new 2009s and a Wolverine pops up ever other week or so on CL so patience is my friend... I just don't do patience well

    Wolverine advice

Have fun with it, the Renegades are by all reports very fun machines. Two things steered me away from the Renegades: First and foremost the Money the Renegade was just more than I wanted to spend. The second size: Renegade: 86 x 46 x 45 in / 614 lb Wolverine: 77.9 x 41.9 x 43.1 in /516 lbs...

    Wolverine advice

I'll take a stab at this with the caveat that my experience on wolverines is limited to test rides. The Z400 however I have some time on. The LTZ 400 will have a lot more top end speed and if you spend most of your ride time on open logging roads and the like you will probably miss it. By...

Hey all I'm still looking.... Found 2 in my price range and area a 2001 350 4x4 and a 2007 450 very clean 800 miles all stock. The 350 is quite a bit cheaper and includes a 1 yr old plow and winch both of which I wanted to add down the road. Besides the obvious age and use what are the...

Sigh :jerk: what a waste of time... Evidently he did not understand the phrase "clear title".... No 2007 SE for me. Going to take an other look at that new 2009.

I'm going to go look at the 2007 SE tomorrow. Seems like a better deal especially considering I wanted to add skids anyway.

Yea but I'm getting impatient. :D Something did just come up though about 2 and a half hours away a 2007 Wolverine 450 Special Edition. 400 miles after market exhaust (GYTR) and skid plates. $3300...
