Raptor 350 36bsr carb on 06 and later Wolverine

An update for anyone that cares. Still not dead on with the jets, but this thing has way more power than my stock one. I can snatch back on the handlebars and hit the throttle and this thing points to the sky (when it doesn't spin). There is no way just a pipe does that. I'm still trying to...

What's the one thing you would change..

I have 2 major things I would change: 1. chassis - make it lighter and wider. Extend the a-arms; you will get better cornering and more wheel travel. Slightly longer swingarm in the rear for more wheel travel. I'd like to see the whole package around 450 pounds 2. Engine - you've all said...

What is The Best Rear Rack

The stock rear rack from a 95-05 wolvy works great! It sits a little high, but I like it. Your will need to cut small holes in the plastic for the front mounts and drill bolts holes in the chassis piece beside the exhaust. Bolt about a 3/8" piece of flat metal here to extend the front mounts...

Raptor 350 36bsr carb on 06 and later Wolverine

Sorry for the long post, but I hope this will help someone out. Someone has to take the plunge to find out what works, and it is always better when they share their successes!! I will update later on the tuning. I think I may only need to adjust the needle valve. It idles perfect, and wot...

Raptor 350 36bsr carb on 06 and later Wolverine

A few have raised this question on other sites: will a 36bsr carb off a Raptor 350 fit in place of our 33bsr. With a few little mods, yes!! Check out the whole line of pics. I swapped the idle adjustment screw from the wolvy carb onto the rappy carb. The intake from the head to the carb can be...

    Newbie to forum

Wassup? I''m new to the forum, but not to Wolverines. I use to own a 1998 350 with cfm airbox, k&n filter, warrior carb, full dmc alien exhaust. I sold it and went without for years, and then bought my wife a 2006 450 because of the auto. I liked it so much that I sold my Predator 500 to buy...
