i put a big gun rev box in mine and i didnt upgrade the valve train, what would i do to upgrade this.

the parking brake is useless. just keep it in gear and it wont roll on you. the block off plate is for show or to keep the dirt out i guess. you unscrew the 2 allen bolts and if you plan on getting the block off plate then save the 2 allen bolts, if not then you dont need them anymore.

i put it on my quad and it made a world of difference. the throttle response is instant after i put that on, plus you can "re-jet" your quad as you want. a little turn of the dial will either lean your quad out or make it richer.

i installed one on my quad and it made no difference at all. the only change was the quad ran hotter after i put it on and then i just took it off.

how did you get your engine chrome? polish it?

well about 2 months ago i changed my oil and found metal shavings on the drain plug. i fucked around a lil bit and found my clutch was shot, prolly from letting other people ride my quad. they usually dont just "ride" it, more like beat the balls off it. so i put a stop to that **** and...
