Accelerator pump is messed up. The rod is stuck about half way down. I'm goint to see if I can get it apart. I really don't wan't to buy a new one if I can fix this one first.

Yah Finally got the stator. I tested it. The pick up is 340 and source is 240. I still get the same on the charging as the other stators which was around 3. I guess I will through it in and see if it will run. Wish me luck guys!

I'm guessing there just as good as any. They have a 1yr warranty if it goes to hell. I will def check mine to see if its any good before I put it in. If the slow A$$ mail man ever gets here!:bs:

All you have to do is put some blocks under your left tires. Mine was about 10" higher on the left side when I tilted it. Just let it sit awhile after you tilt it so the oil can run over to the other side of the engine, and you shouldn't lose much oil.

^Word. I just got done doing this. I lost maybe less then a cup of oil.

Just hoping I get my parts today. I just tore it down in the garage. Previous owner must have ran every bolt down with a cheater pipe! Good lord they was all on so tight. I tested the stator again after I got it off the bike. Pick up still wouldn't read any ohms. Stator tested out at 550 ohms...

If your asking about these 4 wires that are hanging down that was wired into my stator that are red,green,white,and brown. They run all the way into the plug that connects to the cdi box. They are factory wires,and are part of the wiring harness.

I'm not sure If I follow ya. What are you talking about following the wires to the cdi? The last picture is of the connectors on a removed stator. On a side note I order a $37 new stator assembly from egay for a 96-01 Warrior. I should have my hands on the part by hopefully Thursday or Friday.

Okie Dokie.. ^ these are the wires that are coming out of the stator currently on the bike. They was hard wired in I cut them to test ohms. ^ This is the charging system wires this connector was wired into the stator that currently is on the bike. It does plug into the harness on the bike...
