Clutch usable or not?

Replacing my clutch pads and looks like the basket is broken and don't know if I should replace or will it be fine to use?

One of the holes are broken

This is what I worried the most . Will it still work or no?

Well no. I think the last owner tryed to replace it and broke it. Should I replace the intire thing or just the lower basket?

Thanks guys. Found one for $29 shipped has some use to it. Might have to file the groves a little. But thanks for all the help guys.
