TORQ pipe need feedback

I've been working on this pipe design. There is one out there with a similair design. The benifit of this pipe is a larger expansion chamber. I built a prototype one and sent it to Yamahauler to try. But after I sent him one I built a new and improved version with the larger chamber. I also ground the excess weld out of the header flange.
I put one on my bike and tried it, I feel a better lowend response out of it. But I'm not quite in tune with my bike like some of you all are.

My question is would any one be interested in this service?

Well heres the deal.
I don't have any extra pipes, so I would have to fab yours. Would be a quick turn around. I would have it back out within 24 hrs.
If I can get a few extra stock pipes I can have them ready to go, and be a little quicker.
I'm thinking around $50 that seems to be the price of most things on here.
The first couple I could go cheaper just so I can get some R&D on them.
I found a guy that can Ceramic coat them for $15 a foot. But I would have to ship them to him. It would be a longer turn around. So I'm going to look local also. But you could have it done also.
Just to clarify things, I'm just selling a service, I don't build new pipes, just modify yours.
I also have two chamber sizes.

I might do a deal if you have an extra pipe lying around that you can live without, I'll trade the service for the extra pipe. That way I can have a couple built up.
I might do that for 4 people.
Here is my thoughts on shipping, whatever it cost to ship it to me add to the price to get it returned. Simple way to figure shipping.

Also bartering is good I'm looking for some stuff.

When I build these I cut your pipe so that no excess piping is inside the chamber for better flow.

I need a couple extra headers so I can have a couple made up.
I need some nerfs, I would like a better carb, Rope starter and de-comp cap, O-ring chain, and I'm up for other cool things.

Your probly not that far from me so shipping shouldn't be that bad. do you have any idea what the shipping weight is on one ?

god that new pipe looks great! did the bigger chamber make a difference from the prototype any noticeable difference between the 2? sound? power?

I can't remember both made a diff. I think the second is a little deeper tone.

The one I sent you will look like a baby compared to the new one. But it's still bigger than the fmf.

so the one on your bike now is that the longer 5" chamber?
and how long is the prototype again?

The one Isent you had a 4" long chamber by 2" Diameter
The one on my bike has a 5.75" long chamber by 2.5"
Much bigger

holy hell !! this pipe is gonna dwarf the power bomb and at a 1/3 of the price it's gonna be a way better bargain

I think this will take off big on here you do awesome work man
