Tomorrow in going to finish PORTING AND POLISHING and going to do a VALVE JOB:tup:
As soon as i finish with this, im going to install CAM and PISTON 11:1.
 
Looks good JC. Do you remember how wide your quad was with just the +3 a arms and stock rims up front? (No wheel spacers and not flipped rims.)
 
Tomorrow will arrive Suzuki LTZ 400 +2 +1 Long Travel A-Arms
Probably will have to do some modification to make them fit...
I just accept the challenge, will upload picture of any eventuality and complication in the process :tup:
 
That seems wide. I'm planning on running 4+1 offset rims with those arms to get to around 46". I don't want them wider than that. Hopefully I can get it to a width I like. I don't want to have to sell them.

Why??? 48-49" is race/competition minimum width... i think as soon as you get used to ride at that stance / stability you will love how your cornering skills will get better and better.
