Not that I was missed, but I'm back nonetheless.
I deserted you guys after I picked up my DVX400, which I then traded for a KFX 700(which I destroyed) and then traded back into a KFX400.
Last week a buddy picked up a 2001 Warrior, that has been, we'll say...neglected. Both sets of valves were at least .02000mm out. I can't believe this thing even ran. After working on this thing it got me thinking about why i like these things so much in the first place. They are so damn easy to work on.
I have been on the prowl for another Warrior for my wife to ride, and as a backup quad.
One thing is for sure, this guy is going to think he got a new quad when we are done with it. This thing was in a fucked up state. It needs a new airbox, intake boot, axle(or hubs) carrier bearing, plugs, etc. The P.O. was an incredible idiot apparently.
