F you dude. Yet ANOTHER part that I tried to find for years. I finally got them but still. Great price too.

Today i planned to tune it up a bit and adjusted the valves, changed the oil, tightened the chain, and lil stuff like that. Ever since i got this warrior the cases have been busted from the kid before me poppin the chain. I thought he fixed it good and it was holding up. Well when i was changing the filter i noticed it was seeping thru the Epoxy he used. i took a screw driver and with a couple light hits i got this!!!!! I couldnt believe what i saw. Luckly i had the materials to get it fixed the right way and this time it'll last.

Since the case is broke where the case saver bolts to i made a lil shield out of aluminum so the grease and stuff from the chain doesnt sling all over the motor.

hopefully that will hold up for you. guess if worst comes to worst you can find a good 1/2 case and swap it all out.

HAH that would be a nightmare if i had to do that. I think it will be fine. I used the same stuff on my 87's cases to fix it.

My brother used the JB weld putty and it used great. That looks like what you used but cant tell. I love the little shield you made also. Its great seeing little thing we come up with for our quads, I know I have put lots

Yeah i used stuff called JB stick. Gets as hard as metal. If its mixed properly theres no way in hell its gonna break. Also i was tired of the grease slinging all over my pants and motor so i had to think of something

Yeah my friend has an 04 kx 85 bored to (I think its) 100 and the person that was rebuilding the bike messed up with a gasket or something around the inside of the shifter so me and him had to take JB weld and seal it up or all the oil'd leak out. Its kinda rigged but it works ; )

WOW, that blows. When I was puttin together my engine, that's the one thing i looked for was a good bottom end case. How is your guard on? I know its juts for show now but is it just the one bolt on the rear to the frame?

Yupp just that 1 bolt. Its solid as hell thou, the way i make the bracket. It aint goin anywhere.

After having the chance to ride on it for a quick spin. I have to say man. You did just about everything right with this built. Its kick ass. Perfect engine to suspension ratio, with some bling to make it complete. I'm jealous.

Why thanks man! All my hard worked paid off so far, now its time to throw it in some real hardcore trails and see what shes got. :slayer:

i had to do that jb job on my dads after the master link popped on it, it didnt break the case, just wore a holle through the flimsy honda case with the chain
