I noticed that when I ride my 95 warrior it won't reach full throttle, and also there is a popping/ knocking noise when I rev it up. What could cause to not reach full speed like that?

So im thinking of getting this 2003 honda 400ex that needs the rings and seals replaced. Is this expensive or difficult to do? Would it be better to take it to a shop and have them do it for me? Any help would be much appreciated as soon as possible, Thanks

So about a month ago my 1995 warrior cam pin broke causing me to have to get a new cam and it turns out my exhaust valve adjust screw came out so I had to replace it too. Now I have everything back together and it wont start! I have spark, gas lines are good, timing is right I dont know what to...

It turns out i have a broken valve adjuster screw on my 1995 warrior. I am not a mechanic so I haven't got a clue how to fix it, have any of yall ever done valve work and could give me some pointers? It would be much appreciated.

I split the case on my '95 about a week ago to get my cam chain and some other things that fell down and I am not sure if there is a special way to put the flywheel back on since it took a puller to get it off. This probably sounds stupid but I want to be sure.

So about 2 weeks ago my camshaft broke. I fixed it today and it still wouldnt start! I cleaned out the crankcase and put new gas and oil in it and nothing. I have spark and everything but it wont start! Please help me, i dont know what it could be. I also made sure timing is right.

How do you do it? Once you remove the clutch cover or whatever its called how do you remove the bolt with the two washers???

About a week ago my cam shaft broke because the pin that goes through the sprocket broke. So now I have to find it and a washer i dropped down there by accident. So to find them I need to remove the crankcase but do i need to remove the flywheel? If so how? Please help me:iagree:

On y '95 warrior the bearing behind the cam sprocket and the pin that goes through the sprocket are broken. Can i buy just those parts or do i need to buy a whole new thing?

On my '95 warrior the pin that holds that goes through the sprocket that holds the cam chain is broken. I am really hoping you guys can tell me what size it is and what size the bearing that is directly behind the sprocket. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!
