So I picked-up a full frame skid plate for free. I was told it is not for the warrior, but probably a raptor. It does fit with some minor alterations. I drilled the holes to mount it to the four bolt holes from the stock skid "bracket" but I cannot decide how to mount it in the front. Does...

Anyone have an idea how much I should expect to have three broken bolts removed from my engine cases? I have two on the clutch cover and one on the stator cover. I've already broken three not-so-easy outs.:argh:

Swapped out engine bolts with polished SS kit from ebay Friday. Sandblasted floorboards, rear brake lever, rear hubs, sprocket, chainring, and foot pegs Saturday. Still have to do the wheels and powder coat them all. Installed my new Banshee shifter that doesn't fit right, and painted stator...

This is the same concept as with aluminum wiring in your house. If your tie an aluminum wire to a copper wire the same thing happens. It is the combination of two dissimilar metals plus being packed with filth and water just accelerates the process.
