I have the same problem.. Only runs on low RPM, as if the reverse or parking brake somehow is limiting the RPM. Please let me know if u find a solution, I will do the same.

Can someone guide me how to disconnect the parking brake and reverse ? Is there some cord that goes to the CDI box that causes this ?

I'm having a problem. How do you get the second phillips head screw from the white plastic? It's under the lift arm and I can't get a screwdriver to fit in there.. Please help!
