Thanks for the respond guys. And yes I have a dg exhaust, raptor 350 head, UNI filter closed air box. It does it when I punch or gradually put more and more gas on until it bogs... I will try the 165 jet and work my way down

Thanks for the reply guys. I have tried up to 150 main but it seems all the jets I have tried the quad does the exact same thing. I will check the valves to see. Hopefully the valves is the problem.. But idk if they are. And yes the bike does the same thing in all 6 gears

No but it does have a raptor 350 head which has a more aggressive cam in it

Spark plug id like a brown blackish mix And the clutch is perfect

Alrighty guys so I jetted the carb today with a 150 yamaha main jet. Still the exact same thing. When it first takes off it makes you wanna hold on but then when it gets higher in the gear in just flattens out with absolutely no power at all.... So I'm getting at it that it has nothing to do...

And the clip is in the middle but middle range throttle seems good which is controlled by the needle. But full throttle sucks lol

I can do donuts on pavement as long as I'm not fully on the gas. When I get on the gas there is no power. Doing some research... Can this be that stupid e brake switch or neutral switch problem? Course I am completely stumped

Hello guys. So I completely built this quad.. It runs brand new. Picks up speed well. But Boggs when I punch it. It's just missing the angry part that it should have. I have been through so many jets on it.... It has a UNI filter closed air box and a dg pipe. Can it be something else other than...

No I didn't touch the throttle housing besides opening up to make sure it's seated correctly

The cable is perfect from the thumb down to the carb, but when attaching the carb to arm that controls the throttle (on the carb) the cable won't reach down far enough to have a lower idle... It's about a half an inch short. (The throttle cable to through the tube of the carb and then attaches...

Awhile back I had a bad experience with a warrior zoom zoom carb. The quad would never start with it on, and the needle was sticking to the seat... I ordered an oem one and the oem worked perfect. That's just my experience with zoom zoom. But others have had luck

Mysteriously the throttle cable seems to short... Lol.... It is seated correctly in the thumb throttle assembly also.. Do I need to get a longer line? I did put new handle bars on but it only made it closer... Hmmm
