I bought this whole running quad for $500. I don't want to wait all summer to sell these parts... I'm only keeping the rims, the handlebar, the engine, and the key switch... Everything else is either garbage or scrap metal... I'll wait another month and see what I can sell from this tear down...

I did... My oil pump broke and everything in the head fried ! So I then bought another head and bought a HotCam stage 2. I didn't feel like sending mine again and restarting the whole process... Being from Canada everything is lonnnnnnnnng at Customs. Yeah back to stock Valve Spring considering...

I'm trying to replace the camshaft on my Quad... Can you do it without removing the head ? I'm trying to remove a head bolt (the long one that passes infront of the rockerarm pin, i'm stuck under the frame... The bolt won't bend to let me get pass the frame... Anybody ever change a camshaft...

my sister's boyfriend fixed the timing and adjusted the valves... When the chain tensioner got loose I took bad bumps and caused the cam chain to untime itself... And then he then adjusted it back to spec and adjusted the valves... Said I got really lucky. But he told me to get another chain and...
