i didnt say i rebuilt the carb i put a new carb on it and new carb boot everything is at stock settings it runs fine it just developed this prob while riding one day its nothing i did or the yamaha shop did it was running perfect and starting without issue for about 4 weeks then started acting...

you should just go aftermarket for the swing arms or if you buy used try to find a set for an 87 that was the only year with replaceable ball joints

no jetting see heres the thing it was allready bored 40 over when it blew up i just replaced what was there and it run and started everytime but now that everything is new it wont start when hot unless i slowly turn the idle screw in while cranking it

my warrior starts fine when cold but once it gets hot i have to back the idle screw off and slowly turn it back it while at same time running starter and it will slowly pick up and run whats wrong? i just put new connecting rod had it bored 0.40 over replaced head with rebuilt one put new carb...

stock pilot air screw adjustment is 2 turns out from seated position be sure to turn slowly till it stop dont over tightin...float height is 11.4-13.4 mm or 0.45-0.53 in. and the stock needle clip position is 3 its the middle grove that will put ya stock

get it dude its worth it and if u dont like it check the local junk prices here where im at u can turn that 200 into 500 very easy lol

i have a 88 warrior i just rebuilt bottom end and bored it 40 thousands over with namura technologies piston has new rebuilt head maybe half hour run time on it new plug gapped to 28 stock carb just rebuilt air screw 1 and 1/4 out has full fmf pipe k&n air filter in stock air box with lid off ok...

i have same block off plate it was on quad when iu bought it but it finally started leakin and the was no gasket or o ring in it not sure if its supossed to have one but i used a lil silicone and prob solved how long it will hold i have no clue its a new temp fix never really road bike yet

no i even took the choke out of carb to make sure nothing was sticking and reinstalled the needle jet is on i beleave clip setting 4 its one clip on lean side of stock setting 3

the plug is black with carbon crust starting to build up on it its only 2 days old
