i have a 88 warrior i just rebuilt bottom end and bored it 40 thousands over with namura technologies piston has new rebuilt head maybe half hour run time on it new plug gapped to 28 stock carb just rebuilt air screw 1 and 1/4 out has full fmf pipe k&n air filter in stock air box with lid off ok now that i explained the bike heres the prob its running hot you can cook eggs on it i went threw mud and the water on motor was boiling like crazy its in time the needle jet clip is one slit above stock on lean side could that be the problem ? and what temp is it supossed to run at?
 
you are running to lean, try a bigger jet maybe a 150 or 152,5 i have more os less your intake and exhaust setup and run a 155 main ( i m a bit rich it misses on high rpm...)
