I need some info .. in the pic below the shaft that is circled has a wedge cut at the bottom so that the oil can go threw it to lube everything.. my question is .. Is there something in the hole to stop that shaft from spinning..

I finally got time to open up the motor .. I took off the oil filter cap on the bottom of the motor and what did I find but a chunk of some thing .. Took a little vid so i didn't have to describe it ...
