The air/fuel screw? The one fat and flat on top with a pointed bottom? I had a friend tune the carb and it runs amazingly now, it sounds perfect and I never installed the spring or washer and it still sounds good.

Had a friend help me tune the carb and turns out my rebuild job was a great success. Still the starting problem, but it runs and sounds great.

Ok I installed the carb and the bike started right up but instead of revving high and dying, it stays high, even if the throttle screw was all the way out. And if I pull the choke out, it revs even higher. Up side is it sounds much better.. Maybe I should wait for the manual :-O
