    Rear Brakes Don't Work 06

I was going to suggest a suction pump but I guess the vacuum is the same.. I bought a little hand pump and modified it to pull the fluid though for my motorcycle brakes cause I kept getting an air pocket. Will they lockup at all or is it they just don't slow you down fast?

gnarlyparts.ca is based out of bc in canada, they have a great price for a full set of skid plates for the wolverine. Thats where ai am getting mine.

    Wheels

You will be able to still get the wheel off with the high strength locktight, I would of suggested medium but found using medium on my rack bolts they would still vibrate off

    08 rear rubber boot

Ricochet skid plates apparently cover past the rubber boot. Will be getting a set myself, I have changed it twice already. What a pain in the ass.

Fabbing my own rear rack for 06-10 Wolverine for $64

Nice, I built one exactly the same way but used an Artic Cat rack from the wreckers i got for $50 bucks and painted it in Rino Bed Liner so it never chips or scratches with the box and tie downs. Stupid thing yamaha did not building a functional aftermaket rack for it.

    Frame repair Swing arm mounts

I had that on my friends polaris trailboss, I ended up upsizing the bolt and drilling out the bushing for the new diameter bolt. Works like a charm now but was going to weld a plate on and redrill the hole before trying the new bolt.

    Brake pads don't last

I use the ebc severe duty pads now because I was sick of the real cheap ones, I find they last a lot longer.

    Rear Brakes Don't Work 06

I can lock the rear brakes fine but they really do nothing as they are only 30% of your actual braking power. I know what you mean with the feel, mine never feel they engage but I know they do cause i see the rear wheels slide. Maybe replace the cable portion of the rear brakes they do...

    07 problems

When u wash it make sure u get the rad real clean, they have a tendency to collect a lot of dirt behind the rad and cooling fan. If its not getting air through it the fan will cycle more.

    Help!

Wasn't just mud water dripping off? Coolant would be easy to see even if muddy. Only other thing that far up is the front diff drain.

    rear diff vent

Same here I couldn't get the Cam-am bellows to fit right either. I am hoping that a breather off the driveshaft from the Suzuki Eiger is the same diameter as one on the wolverine.

    rear diff vent

My 450 Revs high but moves slow. HELP!

Its for sure the belt. I had a similar experience and it didn't work right till the clutch was re-lubed and the belt was replaced. If you don't clean it up after getting muddy water inside the rollers in the basket will eat the basket up.

    Rear Rack

I built a custom rack out of a rack from an artic cat at the wreckers. I built the brackets and welded the rack on top. Works great but has a bit of a slope due to the angle of the fenders. I'd post pics but as a newbie I don't have a clue how.
