Well, I just ordered a 3000lb Xtreme winch from E-bay. $137.98 shipped. I figuered for the price, it can only be soo bad. The guy does have 100% feedback, and comes with a 6 month warranty, so we'll see.

Anyone on here done them? Any tips/tricks/etc to get the job done? I ordered two halfshafts off of ebay, I'm pretty sure that the left front CV is popping on me(with the steering fully locked) --I know that the boot is torn. I'm gonna do wheel bearings and new brake pads while I'm at it...
