So my riding buddies decided they were gonna trade in their quads and get sportbikes, great for them. Sucks for me, we all used one trailer and rode together all the time, anyway My warrior is for sale, i know there's not many of you on here from the York PA area but thats where its at. Its on...
yeah i was gonna go that route, just curious to see if their has been any other success stories haha. i can just see it going bad, its small and in that deep well, can really see once i start drilling
went to change out my pilot jet the other day and basically tore the slotted head right off. anyone know how to get it out without totally bitching up the threads. i was gonna drill it out but afraid of screwing it up even more
need some work but not a bad price so far

parking brake connection come apart? happened to me before i did the block off and it would backfire something nasty if i tried to give it past 1/4 throttle. cleaned connectors and was fine after
got these for $122 shipped, fronts will be here monday. $248 for all 4, not too shabby. They hook up great, now if i could just figure out this damn engine noise.
few more vids from today 1st one is before valve adjustment, 2nd and 3rd are after. Valves were close to perfect, exhaust was alittle off but nothing major.

Sad thing is I don't have the money for the entire crank. That's why I asked about just replacing the bearing(s) if need be. I don't mind tearing the cases apart, I have access to the tools where I work. Not really looking to get into upping cc's just wanna ride, spring and summer are coming...
so you're saying its the bearing on the lower end of the rod? Should I replace the rod or the crank? Or both? If I can just get away with the bearing I'm gonna do that
