Where you at?

Just rebuilt the top end on one of my bikes and it ran great for a few minutes... After that it locks up. If I let it cool for a few hours, it will fire up again. I'm thinking oil pump and bottom end rebuild now?

In need of a complete engine, at the least a good bottom end. Let me know!

This is gonna sound dumb, but what other mods do you need to do if you replace your piston with an over bore one?

I could use the header.

Went to a buddies shop, I was using the wrong staples. t50 are too big. He had smaller stainless staples and his pneumatic gun. Breezy. A few wrinkles, but I can live with it

I'm sure it is, I was hoping to not have to open the engine up again. Ugh

I have gone through three different staplers, one a pneumatic and I can't get a 6mm staple in the stupid plastic!!! What kind of a jacked up stapler did they use to put that f-in seat in!!! Aaarrrggghhhh!!!

I'm using a pre-cut one. I needed some foam for the seat, I found something laying around that will work!!

I have to something with the frame. Problem with orange is all my accents are blue. Re-skinning the seat today in blue. Also gonna cover the shocks.

Any ideas on how to eliminate the chain noise without taking the whole engine apart? I remember seeing some manual tensioner, anyone use something like that before?

It's the dura coat liner from Advanced Auto in the blue rattle can. Did three coats. It holds up good and is not too rough on the skin. I have some running through in some areas like where the seat touches the tank, but overall, I'm thrilled!!

Clean? There will be no cleaning... This one is strictly for fun. It owes me nothing. The more I beat in her, the better she runs. I just wanted to get rid of the PO's blue/yellow "custom" touches.
