Yeah, replace all of it. If the chain jumps it'll bust the engine case, unless you have a case saver. It'll also be an on going problem if it isn't fixed right.

With an air filter in(and still no lid), a 45 pilot jet, 152.5 or 155 main jet, and possibly moving the needle clip down one position, should get you very close to where you need to be.
