    06 450 Reverse rev limiter.

nah man, i'm in no rush to have one. My bike's in the shop right now anyway. Honestly, I probably will be getting rid of it soon. So, it will benefit the next owner more than me

    Old vs new

well... I can't say for sure if they make one for this bike, but I know that Cobra has been known for making some pretty quiet sounding exhausts, but still with good power. I would just do some research and call and just ask the companies what the sound levels are. I'm sure most of them would...

    Old vs new

i can answer that one. yes, it does still improve your power, but man, i can't lie to you. It's still gonna be loud. Especially if you get the inside wet. It's a great pipe, but if you're wanting something for like hunting or such, this just isn't the pipe for you. Just my opinion.

    Detroit Gearless Locker

post when you get an answer man, i'd like to do the same. It sucks when you only get soaked with mud by one tire instead of two :D

    Gearless locker

yeah, i'm interested in a locker for my 06 wolvy also. I can't find anyone that makes one. Also, anyone know someone who is making an aftermarket CDI box for the 450's? Bikeman performance is the only place i've found and they've been pulling my leg for about a year now, seriously, it's been...

Has anyone used the GYTR pipe on the 450?

no, i can't say that i have used the yamaha pipe. but i can say that i have used the hmf sport series and it really gives it some more umph! it gives a good bit more low to mid power. and as for top end, no increase there, but didn't buy it for that anyway. Now, if noise levels are a concern, i...

    wolverine 450 tires

yes, the 25" mudlite xl's would be a great choice. that's what i run and i am more than pleased with the performance, not just the performance, but the added ground clearance. i would recommend an aftermarket exhaust and filter first though. it does make the bike a bit sluggish if not. just my...

    How bout them 27's??

i agree i hate to hinder someone's ideas, but i also think 27's will be a bit much for the 350 engine and drivetrain. if you mod the exhaust, air intake, jetting, and so on... yes it will have the power. but you also have to realize, that bike has the drivetrain for what, 23's? you would have...
