So I just bought a OEM (USED) carb from eBay to replace this jeep knockoff chinese ZOOMZOOM carb and was wondering if the direction of the spray from the acclerator pump is normal? My ZoomZoom went straight in the carb but the OEM sprays to the side?
Is this normal?

After a trail session this noise appeared? It seemed to come from the stator area? Any ideas? It sounds like something sizzling or boiling?

So I am in the process of installing new carrier bearings and am a bit confused.
To start the sprocket hub outside area seems to be missing a seal or something? The side where the 2 big axle nuts are on?
Secondly I noticed I there were 3 seals in total where as the book says I should only have...
Yup, gonna trace all wires and connections while i wait for my new bearings and carb boot to come in.
Lastly, does anyone know the reverse light bulb #? The current one has the glass broken.

I was thinking maybe the fuses I bought at advance (link above in previous reply) might be wrong? Maybe too short? Maybe that would cause the dash and start button to fail?
Not sure if those glass tube fuses come in various sizes?

I checked the wires from the switch down to the main harness and found no bare wires or broken cables. I even took the connector apart and cleaned it out really good with no luck.

UPDATE: Took it for a spin, the half throttle the quad wants to sputter and die but everything else is good. Would the be lean or rich? Also that is the needle jet right?
UPDATE: Got it running and idling on its on WITHOUT choke!!! Woo. I put a 45 Pilot in and a 150 Main. For some reason tho it breaks up when i give it a little bit of gas now? When I say a little I mean right between idle and half throttle.
It got slightly better when I backed out the A/F screw...
well i got the bike started again but still having problems with the choke having to be on for it to run.
the bike runs for like a second with the choke off and the little adjustment screw for air fuel turned all the way out and it stalls. soooo i guess that means i need that bigger jet. damn.
