i have a 1st gen swing arm in good shape and a brand new pivot works bushing kit. was going to use this to go +1 on my 2nd gen but sold the quad and no longer need. $150.

check ebay out. a few years back i had the clutch lock up on my ac compressor on my truck. the clutch was $80 and i needed a special tool to remove it. i found a reman on ebay for $150. worked mint for two years until i sold the truck.

its usually not worth replacing the clutch on these newer ac compressors. with that said, since it is in fact your compressor you should also consider replacing the orifice tube and drier as well.

the lock ring isnt going to scratch the axle. even if it did, your axle is going to get scratched up after one ride on the trails.

just curious, have you checked for power at the compressor?

what exactly is the issue and what are you trying to do? are you trying to add freon? or is the a/c just not engaging? need some more background info to help.

i have a 20" rear tire and run 14/40 gearing. i dont think you can get a 39t rear sprocket for the 2nd gen hub.

all depends on the condition of the heims. those a arms are the old style ASR's. if the heims and/or tie rods end up needing to be replaced, you would have been better off buying a brand new set. personally i wouldnt pay more then $150 for those. you can buy brand new full flights for $340...
