Alright you guys I've spent countless dollars and hours on my warrior. New rear end, motor mounts, starter, starter solenoid, ignition coil, another carb, stator, and then finally a top end rebuild. And its STILL not running. Let me tell you my current problem. When I hook up my battery and go to touch the positive wire to the positive post, the quad will just start turning over. The key won't even be in the switch and the on off switch is off and its still turning over. Its ridiculous. I don't understand. Someone please give some advice.

Either your starter solenoid is stuck on, or your battery cable is connected directly to your starter cable on the solenoid.
Either current is getting sent directly to the starter and those are the only two ways.
Check your wiring on your solenoid. Start by unhooking the small wires.
