Sounds dumb but check your idle screw.

Stator is new coil came off a running warrior. Like I said before I had two different carbs on it on is off a running quad

Switch out the cdi's if you have access to another one. Sometimes they are dead on arrival and i recall you saying you had switched it out recently? Sounds like an electrical problem to me and if you haven't ran it since switching the cdi box try one from a running quad that is where I would put my money and easy cheesy to switch out and eliminate or pinpoint your problem.
