Your diesel won't start in cold weather unless plugged in. My big block fires right up

My truck has 260k on it and its running strong. I just need new glow plugs but I really dont feel like doing them its a pain in the ass

and oh I get like 17mpg highway and around 15 around town. what do you get i your big block? 9? I got at best 11mgp highway in my old 351w

Easy there Tonto! Wasn't starting a pissing match. My truck is about to turn 200k, gets 11-12 around town depending on how I drive, and averages 15-16.5 on the highway.

I'm not a Ford guy, but, a pair of aluminum heads, aluminum intake, headers, a good cam, and a self tuning TBI efi system would be nice on that.
