Which different shocks from other yamaha's fit my 87 Warrior?

I got on the way the American star pro xs tie rods with the heim joints to replace.. Any one tried them. And I am thinking bout either boxing the djc kit or putting in sleeves to connect the brackets to help keep them from bending. Also don't bind the extra weight up front help round here cause all I got is big ass hill to climb
