whats prob

long story short ; new coil,new plug,new stock jet kit,new batt.; adjusted jets over and over and it idles fine for a min. then dies,get going ,first-second gear, then wants to die .i can pull in the clutch and it will keep running . tried a couple of other neutral switches and i get a clicking from it .VERY FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW!!!!! ANY IDEAS????

valves maybe? sounds like what my breeze did til the valve job
