What should i get first?

I have a 05' rappy350, and i want to get something to take it up a notch, or 7. I mostly just do trails and hills stuff like that but i basicly "race" with my friend all the time when we ride. He beats me in the drag every time because he hasa damn rm125 2-stroke. I just was wondering if i should get a pipe system and a air filter, or should i get a web cam and stiffer valve springs first. The cam and springs are cheaper so i was kinda leaning towards getting them but didnt know if it was a good idea to buy them first.

Yea pipe..air filter..in rejet frist...then go whit the cam in valve springs ..

get a pro flow filter kit...you will see a significant difference. and what good is a cam if your motor still cant breathe?
